Aeroquip braided/ rubber oil hoses. Samco Silicon breather hoses.
Cooling -  Titan Motorsport Aluminium Radiator, Samco Silicon coolant hoses throughout.

Hayward & Scott 4-2-1 configuration developed specifically for this engine on the dyno.
Exact equal length primary and secondary pipes
3" rolled edge outlet silencer with Carbon Fibre silencer body.
Repackable design measured at 102dB @ 5000rpm
4-2-1 pipe configuration.

CLUTCH/FLYWHEEL:

QED lightweight (3.1kg) drilled flywheel with 58 tooth pickup for ignition. (sensor moved to block web)
Quartermaster 5.5” twin plate racing clutch
External pull cylinder actuation using Caterham LHD VVC slave cylinder.
AP CP 2623 0.625” Race master cylinder and reservoir
Remote bleed line.

Fully Rosejointed outboard fittings.
Caterham 22% fast quick rack steering rack with rose-jointed track rods. 
Racetech removable wheel fittings and  Momo 12c steering wheel.

 

BRAKES:

AP Racing 4 pot front calipers, twin pot AP Racing Type 5111 rear calipers (Suuperlight Challenge Spec), vented front and rear discs, fully Aeroquipped. AP 600 brake fluid. Line lock handbrake.

All aluminium body panels replaced.
Custom two tone paintwork in Rage Extreme fluorescent red and green with extensive vinyl graphics.
Activa carbon fibre wings, nosecone all from Advanced Composites cosmetic grade, high UV resistive LTM26 carbon fibre.
Carbon Fibre internal chassis panels, undertrays and floor
